I recently finished reading This Is Strategy by Seth Godin, featuring yours truly somewhere in the text.
The first line from my notes reads: “Rather than a better product or service, what about a better strategy?“
Not a better product, a better service, or even a better idea. A better strategy.
And that got me thinking.
We’re not short of ideas. We’re short of a system that helps us deal with them.
I can’t recommend the book highly enough. It isn’t written to give you the answers. It’s written to give you the space to do your own thinking.
It’s full of questions that help you build a better strategy for answering one question: what should I do now?
