I’ve never been short of ideas, and I’ve had my fair share of success, too. So why turn from poacher to gamekeeper? From problem solver to facilitator. In bringing my book Good Coach Bad Coach into the world, I realised it wasn’t about coming up with brilliant content— it was about creating the conditions to ship the work.
If we intend to build a practice where we belong, we need to see the choices in front of us — and that means having the conversations that make shipping possible.
