Train in a way that works for you
You train hard, but it isn’t adding up. From where you stand, you can’t see why. Together, we find out where you are, why, and what to do next.
How it works
1 · Your diagnosis month
Four weeks, twice a week. Everyone starts here.
Your first session. I watch how you train now, so we start from what’s real.
A movement screen. Table tests and movement checks give you a baseline you can measure against.
Two sessions training alongside me. You see a different way of training and tell me what you notice.
The A+ conversation. We go through your results together and agree what matters most for you.
Your programme. Written for you, with a training log you own and a plan to your goal.
Run-throughs, as many as you need. We go through your programme together until you’re confident with it.
By the end of the month you’ll know where you are, why, and exactly what to do next.
2 · Membership
3 or 6 months, built around what your programme needs.
Sessions with me, as often as your programme needs.
A new programme every three weeks, so your training keeps moving with you.
A retest every three weeks against your baseline, so you can see the change for yourself.
Your training log, which you keep and own.
At the end of your diagnosis month, if we’re both a yes, we design your membership together. Paid monthly.
