This week in the Sprint Social, we were looking at body positions when you are looking to go full tilt. To see parents and kids playing a tennis ball version of American football, with one throwing the ball back to their partner before setting off to receive a pass, was a joy to watch.
Sprinting, throwing, catching, while being open to receiving a pass -fast enough to move with intent, open enough to take in what’s going on around you, that’s a posture worth working on.
