The business of coaching

I meet plenty of coaches who coach for free. I also meet lots of coaches who would like to get paid to coach, and of course, coaches who are in the coaching business.

Some work for free to prove to themselves and maybe others that what they do works. Others bolt on a business to what they know and call it their practice. Some build a practice from the ground up, not as two feuding, competing partners.
