What does the next step look like?

At the end of a coaching conversation, to close the loop, it’s common to ask; What does the next step look like?

It doesn’t need to be a leap; a step will do.

It also doesn’t need to be forward; it could be backward, sideways, or be still.

Onwards, is not forwards, it is onwards.
