Tokenism

Tokenism happens when you forget why you started.

It happens when looking the part is the point, not change.

Maybe the problem feels so big and the answer so elusive that you act like you know.

When Kevin Seinfeld ran back-to-back marathons for MND, he stood shoulder to shoulder with those it affected.

Perhaps then, the antidote to tokenism is to stand shoulder to shoulder with each other and ask: “What problem are we solving?
